Our pricing is scaled based on volume and transparent from day one. Clients will pay a standard monthly fee to retain Antarctica, which will cover monthly services up to a maximum amount of transactions, reconciliations, and reports. For clients with larger transaction volumes, clearly defined fees will apply per additional transaction, reconciliation, and report that exceeds the maximums covered by the standard monthly fee.  Clients can also select from a suite of additional add-on services such as payroll processing and 1099 preparation and filing and can take advantage of QuickBooks ProAdvisor consulting, advice, budgeting, and more for a clearly defined hourly fee.
